Baby Esther Armenien

The work started in 2018
The Esther program in Armenia is aimed at parents and their children suffering from cystic fibrosis. Even medical students and under graduated doctors are included. The first step is to achieve coordination between universities, departments/clinics and the home environment by creating common learning forms such as Esther cafés.

Esther Singapore: Network för Health and Social care

The network started in 2016 within the SingHealth district and deals with people with complex care needs regardless of age and diagnosis.
In 2018, Esthercoacher Singapore received a prize for its work on safety in care transitions between departments and units/clinics, and for a reduction in readmissions to the hospital. 
The prize was awarded by Institute Patient Safety Quality at SingHealth Duke-NUS Quality Innovative Day on 16.3.18.

In Netherlands: Suzanne

Suzanne is the name of a Network in the Netherlands, in the town and area of Gouda. It's all about persons with complex care needs regardless of age. It started in 2014.

In England: Joe

Joe is the name of a project in England inspired by the work with ESTHER. It deals with the psychiatric patient and how to create good cooperation among all actors, and of course also with the patient himself. The project is carried out by South West Yorkshire Partnership, NHS Foundation Trust. Enabling people with mental health problems and learning disabilities to live life to the full.
