Coaches' Café - a viral meeting place.

Coaches' Café is a meeting place for you who are coaching teams in healthcare, caring and welfare, and open to join the #CoachingGo movement.

Here you'll meet colleagues in all professions to have a dialogue about coaching to find out more about how teams can do, what they do ervery day, to become even better. You may also hopefully find out how you should avoid things that don't function so well, at least not in every context.

Coaches Café started in February 2018 at the Microsystem Festival in Jönköping, Sweden, supported by Qulturum and Futurum at the Region Jönköping, and Jönköping Academy for Quality Improvements in Health and Welfare at Jönköping University.

Let's get together!

We want this viral café to be a meeting place with all our partners and friends around the Globe to inspire and support each other, and to share expericences and learn from each other.

Calling this a café is inspired by Peter's Café on The Azores. All kind of people meet there when they stop on their way crossing the Atlantic in sailing boats. Here they have conversations which often lead to new ideas and innovations.

This is described in the book "The Medici Effect" by Frans Johansson (Re-released in March 2017). The book shows how diversity drives innovation, and the books' influence around the world keeps accelerating.
